Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026

Inkmeter is run by Dmitrii Merkushin ("we"). These terms cover the Inkmeter WordPress plugin, the website streakfire.org and the Inkmeter Pro service. By using them you agree to these terms.

The free plugin

The plugin is free software licensed under the GPL, provided as is. You can use it without an account.

Inkmeter Pro

Inkmeter Pro is a subscription service. To use it, you connect a WordPress site to an Inkmeter Pro account identified by your email address. Pro sends you reminder emails and keeps your publishing history on our servers, as described in the privacy policy.

Keep access to your email address secure: anyone who can read it can connect sites to your account.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payments, taxes, receipts and billing questions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the plugin; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no connecting sites you don't control. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Inkmeter Pro running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of your current period. We'll post changes to these terms on this page and email Pro subscribers about significant ones.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Inkmeter and Inkmeter Pro are provided without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
